01 Plans

Every plan wears its own scope and price, with no credits to translate.

Start on the free diagnostic, move to continuous testing when you want the catalogue held to a standard, and move up when the number of markets and languages grows past what a self-serve plan covers.

02 How pricing works

One product in six contexts is six measurements.

Sellability can change by market and by language, because eligibility, retailer destinations, claims, availability and product representation can all differ. Herm therefore prices the catalogue by the contexts it has to stay ready in.

A product tested in two markets and two languages is four units of measured SKU coverage.

03 No credit accounting

No prompt credits. No model-call accounting.

You should not have to understand Herm's internal evaluation workload in order to buy Product Readiness. Choose the catalogue, markets and languages you need covered, and Herm manages the testing behind it.

Paid plans include unlimited users, so the price does not move when another team joins.

05 Multi-brand

Managing Product Readiness across several client brands?

Product Readiness can cover multiple brands and catalogues. Partner and multi-brand terms are agreed rather than listed, because the shape of the catalogue decides them.

06 The wider ladder

Need visibility and sellability together?

Brand Visibility measures whether AI recommends the brand at all. Product Readiness tests whether AI can correctly recommend and route the product. They are separate rungs, bought separately, and most brands need the first before the second pays off.

  • Be Visible Brand Visibility Live Does AI know and recommend you?
  • Be Sellable Product Readiness Live Can AI actually complete the recommendation: specs, price, stock, where to buy?
  • Be Relevant Customer Intelligence Early access Are your own experiences right for the shopper in front of them?
  • Be Preferred Offers Live Do the shoppers who buy your category buy you, and keep buying you?

Questions, answered honestly.

How is Product Readiness priced?

By measured SKU coverage: the products you test, multiplied by the markets and languages you test them in.

What counts as a SKU?

One product counts as one SKU for pricing purposes.

What is measured SKU coverage?

The number of products Herm measures, multiplied by the markets and languages they are tested in. For example, 50 products across 3 markets and 2 languages is 300 measured SKU coverage.

Do you charge per user?

No. Paid plans include unlimited users.

Do you charge by AI credits or model calls?

No. You choose the catalogue, markets and languages to cover, and Herm manages the testing behind it.

Which AI environments are included?

Claude, OpenAI and Gemini are included on all paid plans.

How often does Herm test?

Fortnightly on Product Readiness, and on a configurable cadence on Scale. Enterprise can configure cadence down to daily or every four hours where appropriate.

Is Product Enrichment included?

Yes, within your purchased SKU coverage, on all paid plans.

Is Brand Intent included?

Yes, on all paid plans. Enterprise adds custom implementation support.

Can I connect Google Merchant Center?

Yes. All paid plans support feed URL, XML, CSV, JSON and Google Merchant Center connections.

Is an API available?

API access is available on Enterprise.

Can agencies use Product Readiness?

Yes. Product Readiness can support multiple brands and catalogues. Talk to us about partner and multi-brand requirements.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Self-serve plans are monthly and can be cancelled monthly. Enterprise runs on an annual contract.

Is the AI Commerce Readiness Test free?

Yes. It runs a limited set of shopper tests against a sample of your catalogue and returns a readiness snapshot with selected findings.
