Here's what happens when you submit this request

  1. We receive your request and verify the email matches an existing account.
  2. We permanently delete your account, shopping profile, preferences, and all associated data. This is complete deletion, not anonymisation.
  3. We send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
